You guys will never guess what I am doing right now--COOKING! I know, I know, how un-Erinlike. Dad wanted me to bring him and mom out lunch, so I have to cook. But, in true Erin style, I am not following a recipe. I started to, but it got boring and I'm sure my way will taste better anyway. hee.
