You know how my printer was broken and all? Well, I've tried about everything I know to fix it, so today I broke down and called Hewlett Packard. I was on the phone with a technician for over an hour, once I got her on the phone--I was on hold for 20 minutes prior to that. The call cost me $25 and you know what? My printer is still not fixed! I have officially fucked my computer. Fortunately, I have until next week to call them back and troubleshoot some more. The technician gave me some more instructions to try out, so I need to do that.
