Ok, so I was so wrong on the whole stolen sunglasses thing. Turns out someone had brought them up to the front desk after I had forgotten them by the phone in the lunchroom. I came inside from break, and used the phone, and left my sunglasses there. Whoops!

Somebody at work stole my sunglasses while I was on vacation. I had them last week, I always put them in the same place when I'm not using them, and this week when I wanted to use them, they were gone.

4:30 couldn't come fast enough today. I worked nearly 9 hours today (and again tomorrow and Wed.) to kinda make up some time for Thursday and Friday. It wasn't so bad, it was really weird coming to work and only a couple people are there. Morning went by pretty fast, but in the afternoon I had a fucking headache and nothing to take for it.

Oh, and Sarah pissed me off again today. I've discovered that if I have a rush I need her to proof, and she's working on a rush of her own, she won't proof mine until she has hers completely done. C'mon! It takes like 30 seconds to proofread. But instead, I had to wait 20 minutes for her to finish. I gave it to her when she was at the scanner. About 5 minutes later, she left that computer and went back to hers, leaving my order where I had put it. I pick it up, and give it to her again. It sits there. I do something of Stacy's (she's gone, so I'm her backup) and when I get done with that, I notice that she still hasn't proofed my order. I say to her "Could you please proof my rush?" She ignores me, and goes on with hers. Finally after she finished her rush, and gave it to me to proof, she proofs my rush. What a hoebag. I told Lisa while Sarah was at lunch, and she said next time to stand by her desk until she proofs it. Lol. That would be fun to piss her off like that.

Now what would be the fun if we were to do that?

WE DON'T CARE THAT YOU'RE NOT GOING. It just makes us all sick that Stacy's controlling your life. There's no excuse for her. She should be considerate of you and at least try to make it work out for you, that would be the decent thing to do. It isn't hard to find someone if she just tries, which she's not. Any boss that doesn't try to work things out isn't fit to be working for in my book.

So what are we all Fricken scared to use names on this page.. I have 2 things to say about this whole thing... WHAT THE HELL IS THE BIG DEAL WITH THIS EXCUSE!!! Finding a babysitter/daycare provider is a lot different in Sioux Falls then it is in Rural MN!! I am also not to appreciative of people mocking my job and my major. I wish all 3 of you (Angie Kristin and Erin) would give it up and just realize that I can not go on this trip.. I don't know why it is so hard for you all to understand this. Also I am sick of you all thinking that this excuse is a lame one and that Stacy and I haven't done what we can do about it. Stacy is my boss and therefore has that right to schedule me when she wants to and has the right to deny my time off. I also am sick of you all thinking that this is just an excuse for me to say that I wouldn't want to go on the trip.. I told some of you that if I didn't want go I wouldn't have made the Fucking reservations for th trip and told you all that I would go up on Friday but don't want to do it by myself. I have the right to cancel the reservations and just might and leave you all to find a place on your own, but won't because I am and adult and wouldn't want to ruin the trip for the rest of you, but you all owe me $$$$$$$$. So give it up and deal with the fact that I can't go on the trip and accept the excuse the way it is.

Frustrated

Yea. She's had 1 1/2 weeks of notice. If she wanted to go, why wasn't that time used to find someone else (more than enough time) and "train" that person in, as Megan feels necessary.If she doesn't want to go/doesn't want to drive that far, she should just say so. I'm also sick of being insulted, her saying I don't know anything about kids, just because that hasn't been every single job I've ever had.

People who are mad at Megan

Megan obviously doesn't want to go on vacation with us. What a crock of shit to say stuff like "It's too late to find someone else" when there's still a week, and she had over a week from the time she found out she was scheduled to work. Oh, and the bullshit about needing to train someone in, c'mon! Nobody's ever trained me in before I babysat. All that's needed is a brief overview before the parent leaves. And a list of phone numbers. You don't have to be a fucking professional to take care of kids. Get some balls and tell the parents they have to get a replacement, which they should have anyways. Every parent should have more than one babysitter. Everyone we've talked to (parents themselves) have said that a week is more than enough time, and they don't need to be trained in. Oh, and just because someone hasn't gone to school for early-childhood education and daycare doesn't mean they don't know anything about kids.

So what the hell is wrong with Corissa? Where in holy hell did she go on Saturday. She calls and makes plans to see us, then she just disappears. It is so damn annoying. I wonder what her excuse was then. What's the point in sayin you'll be seein us and then just blow us off. What a hoebitch. Excuse me, what an assbowl.
